These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AI, Tools & Law website, courses, eBooks, and related services.

By accessing or using the website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the website or purchase courses or materials.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

All materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

AI, Tools & Law does not provide legal advice through the website, courses, or materials. Access to or use of the platform does not create a solicitor client relationship.

Users remain responsible for their own professional judgment and compliance with applicable regulatory obligations.

Certain services require account creation.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

Access is granted as a limited, non transferable, non sublicensable licence for personal professional use.

Access may be time limited as specified at purchase.

Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. If recordings are made, participants will be notified in advance.

All content, including:

• Course materials
• Videos
• eBooks
• Templates
• Checklists
• Logos and branding
• Website content

is the property of AI, Tools & Law or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell materials
• Share login credentials
• Upload materials to shared drives or public platforms
• Use materials to create derivative commercial products
• Use the content to train public artificial intelligence systems

Limited downloading for personal professional use is permitted where functionality allows.

Prices are listed at the time of purchase.

Payment processing is handled by third party providers.

Refund terms, if any, will be stated at the point of sale. Absent an express refund policy, purchases of digital products are final.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website
• Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization
• Engage in scraping, automated extraction, or data mining
• Share course materials outside the permitted licence

If you provide feedback or a testimonial, you grant a non exclusive licence to use that content in accordance with the consent you provide.

Publication of testimonials is governed by the Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the independent practices of those providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI, Tools & Law from claims arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your unauthorized distribution of materials

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Courts located in that province shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
